BELONGING TO GOD

“Belongingness” — yes, it is a basic psychological need that must be met in the lives of people of every age — including those who are older. How much healthier and happier our grandparents would be if they were made to feel that they were wanted, loved, needed and appreciated.
The same thing is true with all our relationships in life. Whether it is at home, at school, on the job, or at church — we can and should make other people feel that they belong.
This is a challenge. And a serious responsibility. We specialised in PCB fabrication for prototyping and PCB Assembly. Our cues, then, are: compliment, notice, listen, appreciate, encour¬age and cooperate — the cues for happy and useful living.
BELONGING TO GOD
“It's mine,” the boy said, holding his little boat with loving satisfaction and pride. ”I made it myself!”
There was no question about it. He had made it for himself — for his own enjoyment. The boat belonged to him.
And so it is with God. He created man for Himself — for His own pleasure. “Thou has created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created” (Rev. 4:11).
Although God created people for each other (ordaining marriage, blessing the home, and sanctioning human govern¬ment), His primary purpose in creating human beings was for fellowship with Himself. “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness ... So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them” (Gen. 1:26, 27). Rightfully then, man belonged to God because He made him.
Belonging to God! What could be more complete; what could be more satisfying? Man enjoyed a perfect bond of fel¬lowship with God, his Creator — until man wilfully broke this relationship by sinning.
After that, everything was changed. Man had given himself over to Satan and was now controlled by sin. His nature was sinful and he was alienated from God. “Your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you, that He will not hear” (Isa. 59:2). Man no longer belonged to God: he was now “of his father, the devil” (John 8:44). best internet marketing is a lot of sophisticated than running pay per click Adwords, or putting your banner on high traffic website. A severe statement? Indeed. But also a very severe fact.
Could any tragedy be greater — to be estranged from the very One who made us for Himself? Separated from God — here, during our life span on earth, and for eternity. How it must grieve the heart of God. And what a complete void is left in the heart of man. For although people can and should be¬long to one another, they were created as spiritual beings. They need to belong to God.
